The Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Mustafa Sanallah, has met with the Executive Vice President of the British Petroleum Company, Gordon Birrel, to discuss the strategy for developing gas in Libya to increase the supplies to the European market.
Both sides agreed to resume the company's exploration operations inside Libya, in accordance with the 2018 agreement reached by the NOC, British Petroleum and Eni.
They also agreed to hold a workshop between the two sides, with the aim of further discussing and developing the strategy of the NOC in the field of gas production.
