The director of the commercial department at the Ministry of Economy, Mustafa Qadara, said on Tuesday that the current stock of wheat flour in factories is sufficient for another three months.
Qadara said in a TV statement that if credits open, wheat supplies will flow naturally and this would guarantee vast quantities of stock.
The imposed curfew affected the factories that were functioning around the clock before the coronavirus epidemic, said Qadara, indicating that the matter will be considered by the Ministry of Economy.
