Chairman of the Presidential Council (PC), Fayez Al-Sarraj has said that they will reconsider their participation in any talks amid the continuous killings of civilians, the bombing of airports and residential neighbourhoods, and following Haftar's announcement that he would not participate in the Geneva Dialogue.

He reiterated that the withdraw of the aggressors and the return of the displaced to their homes is a prerequisite for any dialogue.

In a speech he made on the sidelines of the eighth high-level committee meeting of the African Union (AU), in Brazzaville, the PC head held those supporting Haftar the moral and legal responsibility for the violations committed against the Libyans, emphasizing that his government will prosecute all those who contributed to the violations, at the local and international level.
