Libya’s Mufti, Al-Sadiq Al-Gharyani, has said that Skhirat-signed Libyan Political Agreement (LPA) is not a luxurious privilege for Libyans. "That agreement has not even brought stability or accord to Libya." the Mufti remarked.

The mini Libyan football team drew 0-0 against Portugal in the World Minifootball Federation World Cup in Tunisia on Tuesday. The Libyan team’s points stand at four now, while Portugal got its first point. The Libyans will now face Tunisia in the last game of the first round. A draw will be enough for the Libyan team to qualify to the second round.

The head of the team tasked to monitoring the Sabratha clashes in the Ministry of Health, Siraj Soori, has confirmed that the final toll of victims amounted to 43 dead and 340 wounded. In a statement posted on the official Facebook page of the Ministry of Health, Soori stated that the injuries sustained by the wounded range from light, medium and serious. Soori also pointed out that work by Sabratha Training Hospital had partially returned to normal except for the health care unit, which was damaged due to the clashes in the city.

The spokesperson for The Brega Oil Marketing Company, Fathi Hashmi, stated that the operation to transport and refill the Sebha fuel depot is considered complete after months of being inactive. Hashmi confirmed that the depot had received over two million liters of gasoline and a million and a half liters of diesel. The fuel was transported by 81 trucks, which came from Misrata after many endeavors and meetings held In Misrata and Jufra to figure out how the road could be secured and how the deployment of security forces on those roads could help end thefts and hijackers from targeting truck drivers on the road from Misrata to Sebha.

Khalifa Haftar's Dignity Operation forces released the journalists that were detained at Jufra military base while covering the Autumn Festival in Hun. One of the detained journalists said he and his colleagues were in good health and that they would leave for Tripoli on Wednesday. Dignity Operation forces would not give a reason for why they were arrested or that any charges would be brought against them.

Three people were injured by members of the Presidential Security Service of the House of Representatives during their participation in a protest in front of the House of Representatives in Tobruk demanding payment of their wages. Sources confirmed that the three injured were put in intensive care unit in the Tobruk Medical Center. The Protesters closed the House of Representatives building and prevented anyone from entering until negotiations began and they were persuaded to leave.

The former Minister of Information, Ali Al-Shaeri died on Tuesday morning at the age of 80 after battling with disease. Al-Shaeri, who was a close associate to Gaddafi, assumed many prominent posts in the days of Gaddafi, including the Secretary of the People's Committee in Benghazi, the Secretary of Information and Culture and head of the Jamahiriya education office among others, he also briefly served as Director of the Information Office in Bab al-Aziziyah.

The Special Deterrent Force handed over the Tunisian child, Tamim Jendoubi, who lost his parents in the clashes with ISIS in the town of Sabratha in early 2016, according to the official Facebook page of the force. The Special Deterrent Force explained that the extradition process was carried out in accordance with all legal procedures as the order was handed down by the Attorney General's Office. Tamim Jendoubi was handed over to his grandfather, Fawzi Trabelsi, in the presence of a delegation from the Tunisian government. The force added that the Tunisian delegation promised to complete any remaining procedures for the rest of the Tunisian prisoners with their children who are at Libyan jails.

A gunman was killed and two security personnel were wounded in Misrata during a raid on a suspicious building west of the city. Media sources in the city stated that security forces arrested 13 armed men suspected of being members of ISIS in the district of Sakit after clashes that lasted for several hours. Security forces in Misrata have begun a crackdown on several of the city's security and military complexes following the bombing of the courthouse by ISIS last week.
