German News Agency reported that the EU Justice Court had lifted the travel ban and freezing of assets on Aisha Moamar Gaddafi, the late Libyan dictator's daughter. The sanctions were placed on Aisha and other members of Gaddafi's family in February 2011, disallowing them to enter the EU and freezing their assets.

Nafousa Mountain Military Zone denied joining Dignity Operation forces, as was rumored on the pro-Haftar media, saying it won't be responsible for any statement that won't be handed by the zone's commander. Benghazi Criminal Investigation personnel arrested the France Press cameraman, Abdullah Doma, because he shot Earth Hour celebration at Benghazi-based Arab Medicine College two days ago. He was arrested with two organizers of the celebration, Anwar Al-Kadiki and Abdullah Al-Tarbi and will be investigated by the Military Prosecution over charges of organizing a celebration without a permit from the security departments and the eastern military governor.

Man-Made River administration said vandals damaged water well number 214 in the eastern field of the Hasawna system in Jafara. It added that the same vandals also damaged the water well number 248, stealing all that can be beneficial to them. They stole all the control equipment like the cables and other things, leading to the breaking down of the water system in those wells.
