Sabha security department has been handed over the checkpoint of Guwairat Al-Mal by the Third Force that is securing the southern Libyan region in the presence of Sabha security chief, Colonel Yunis Abdelkader, the chief of 32 Brigade's operations room, Mustafa Al-Shareef and Third Force's personnel.

Tripoli Appeals Court's administrative division ruled Wednesday to block the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Libya and Italy to fight the growing influx of illegal immigrants and the issue of human trafficking as well as to help Libya secure its southern borders. "The MoU will be blocked urgently until the lawsuit is tackled in full." The court ruling stated.

Dignity Operation forces, led by Khalifa Haftar, may have committed war crimes, including killing and beating civilians, and summarily executing and desecrating bodies of opposition fighters in the eastern city of Benghazi on and around March 18, 2017, Human Rights Watch (HRW) said Wednesday.

Austrian Interior Minister, Wolfgang Sobotka, offered his country's assistance to train Libyan security personnel and share the expertise of borders security , saying stability in Libya is important. He also called for securing Libya's southern borders to stem the influx of migrants, adding that Libya is a transit country for migrants.

Al-Salam Charity and Relief Organization in Bani Walid buried 13 unidentified bodies for illegal immigrants from Africa in coordination with the General Prosecution. The bodies were left on the floor of the city's hospital morgue.

Ivory Coast evacuated over 151 nationals trapped in Libya after they ventured crossing the sea to Europe. Officials from the Ivory Coast said the 151 were detained in Libyan shelter centers in cooperation with the IOM.

The spokesman of the UN Secretary-General Farhan Haq, urged for investigating the grave digging incident in Benghazi after the footage and photos went viral on social media. He added that the UNSMIL is constantly informed of such reports, condemning the desecration of bodies and saying they will verify the crimes as the UN cannot accept such crime against humanity.

The Speaker of the Italian Parliament, Laura Boldrini, received the Head of the Libyan High Council of State, Abdelrahman Al-Sweihli, to discuss the joint relations and interests as well as the activation of the the return of Italian companies to Libya to finish the suspended projects. According to the HCS's media office, Al-Sweihli called on Italy, UNSC, and ICC to take a deterring stance against the crimes committed by Dignity Operation forces led by Khalifa Haftar in Benghazi days ago and bring them to justice.

Central Bank of Libya said it had distributed the money grants for students studying in the US and Canada for the first quarter of 2017, saying the Foreign Ministry and Financial Ministry did not issue any permission for sending the grants for others students abroad rather than the US and Canada.

The spokesman of the HoR Abdullah Belhaiq said the Speaker Aqilah Saleh is fine and in good health conditions after the accident his motorcade suffered Tuesday morning. He added that the accident happened with a number of the guards' cars that were coming from Gubba district in western Tobruk, leading to the death of one guard.
