Tripoli Medical Center (TMC) said it had received an ultimatum from the Indian maintenance company that is specialized in overhauling and activating the electromechanical equipment saying it was going to suspend work in 48 hours if its delayed financial dues were not paid out.

GECOL media office said a transformer of 150 megawatts capacity has arrived in Tripoli port coming from Turkey, saying it will be installed along with another at the fourth gas turbine unit at Al-Zawiya power plant. GECOL added that the two transformers will increase power output by 200 megawatts after they are activated in the general electricity network in three weeks.

Libya Channel journalist, Malik Al-Sharda, was freed Tuesday after 48 hours of kidnap at Labreg airport while he returned from Amman, where he works. Al-Sharada was sent to a jail run by Haftar’s militias in Al-Marij city. Sources from Al-Bayda said the journalist was beaten and then tossed on the road in an abandoned area after he had been robbed.

The Head of Ghat Hospital said the hospital is going through dire conditions, as there is a shortage of medics and medicines in the hospital, which said it had sent a call of help to all the relevant authorities before and received no answer, except for some medical assistances coming through charities and donations.

 The UN envoy to Libya, Martin Kobler, told the UN Security Council in his speech about Libya’s issue on Tuesday that the ban on weapons exportation to Libya until the country forms a firm and trustworthy security apparatus.

The member of the UN-proposed government’s Presidential Council, Mohammed Emmari, said on Facebook hailed the liberation of Sirte saying the forces of Al-Bunyan Al-Marsoos would be the cornerstone of building the Libyan forces that would defeat all the enemies of the country. He called on the forces to continue their role in stabilizing Libya and defeating all the enemies that harbor ill intentions for Libya.

The administrate department of Al-Bayda Appeals Court delivered Wednesday the final verdict by annulling the constitution draft and all of its pertaining items. Formerly, a number of members of the Constitution Drafting Assembly challenged the decision to amend the quorum needed for internal voting, which was used to pass the draft that has been annulled today.

The committee tasked to implement the doctrine of peaceful coexistence between Awlad Sulaiman and Gaddadfa tribes in Sabha started unblocking the roads in the city, starting with reopening Menshiya road Tuesday when it egged people on to pass by it so that they can restore normal living conditions in the area, which saw the heaviest fight during the clashes.
