The Security Brigade of Derna Shura Council unveiled Monday that the nine foreigners abducted by ISIS from Al-Ghani oil field in March 2015 had been executed.

The head of the fuel and gas committee at Brega oil company Milad Al-Hajrasi met Monday with the members of Nalut Municipality and the security officials of the city, discussing the issues related to shortages of fuel and cooking gas due to smuggling via Tunisian borders. The city and other areas of Nafous Mountain have been suffering from shortages of fuel and cooking gas for over a year.

The spokesman of the Egyptian armed forces, Tamer Al-Rifaei, said Monday that some Libyan military officials chose Cairo to reorganize the Libyan Army, adding on his Facebook page that the Egyptian Chief of Staff, Mahmoud Hegazy agreed with Libyan military officials to form joint committees in order to help unite Libya's military institution.

The National Oil Corporation said gunmen had attacked Al-Zawiya oil depot and they stopped pumping oil into Tripoli depot, which will cause shortages in fuel in the capital and western mountain areas. All ships will unload in Tripoli port in the meantime, the NOC added, saying legal actions will be taken against the closing group if they did not open the pipeline.

The main checkpoint of Haftar's Dignity Operation Special Force in Benghazi was attacked Tuesday morning by unknown gunmen. Military sources said that the attack took place in Bu Atni area and no casualties were reported.

The Derna preparatory committee, which was formed by the High Council of State, said it will send a humanitarian aids ship to the besieged city in cooperation with the Libyan Red Crescent in Tripoli, urging Fayez Al-Sirraj to contact with Benghazi-based deputy interior minister to facilitate the ship's arrival as the city is bracing for looming humanitarian catastrophe.

The Defense Ministry's adviser, General Sulaiman Al-Abedi, revealed Monday that Egyptian spies are staying at Dar Al-Salam Hotel in Tobruk, adding that the Egyptian intelligence is very active in the city. He added that they have a hit list of Khalifa Haftar's foes, adding that he could be on that list.

Deputy health minister Issa Al-Emyani said Monday they need a garbage disposal unit to get rid of medical litter as per international standards. Al-Emyani discussed the necessary unit project with the concerned official Wafaa Al-Gharyani and an Italian firm's delegation that is hired to execute the project. Al-Gharyani said there are over 10.000 tons of expired medicines in stores awaiting the project to end to be disposed.

The EU Operation Sophia said Monday that it will start new training for 87 Libyan coastguards under the supervision and organization of Italy. They will be trained for navigation, international humanitarian law, and asylum seeking procedures, besides security and search and rescue operation as well as combating human trafficking.

Shams Eddin Emshirib - nephew of the Libyan cleric Abdelrazzak Emshirib - said they were banned from visiting the detained sheikh at the Special Deterrent Force's jails despite obtaining a clearance from the Attorney General, adding that they are concerned he could be tortured or killed.

The office of the Libyan Red Crescent in Sabratha said they could not recover some of the families trapped in the clashes in Sabratha, adding in a statement that there are still some families who are caught up in the middle of the fire exchange, It added they managed to get some families out in coordination with the fighting groups, but they came under fire later from the side of IS fighting operation room.
