Derna held "Color your Life" exhibition in its second year under the supervision and organization of Architecture and Arts students of Omar Al-Mukhtar University in the city. Armed groups stopped Tuesday the oil production process at Al-Sharara and Al-Wafaa oilfields, leading to losing 252 barrels per day. Sources added that Al-Sharara oilfield that produces 220 bpd have been shut since Monday, while Al-Wafaa oilfield stopped oil output on Sunday.

Anadolu News Agency reported an elder from Tuareg as saying that a delegation from Tuareg, Tubu, and Awlad Sulaiman tribes arrived in Rome on Sunday to discuss anti-terrorism, anti-illegal-immigration, and border protection issues. The tribes stressed the need to protect Libya's borders, the source added.

The visit of the delegation to Rome coincides with the leaks that said the EU is discussing the possibility of sending EU police to southern Libya to fight the growth of illegal immigration.
