Dignity Operation warplanes targeted Monday Dahar Al-Hamar, southern Derna, after clashes had renewed on the district's frontline between Derna Shura Council and Dignity Operation. Haftar's forces are trying to control Wadi Budahak area to be able to kick-start a military operation in Al-Hila, eastern Derna, and then move to Al-Fatayeh.

Derna held "Color your Life" exhibition in its second year under the supervision and organization of Architecture and Arts students of Omar Al-Mukhtar University in the city. Zuwara launched the School Theater Festival 2 on Monday in line with the World Theater Day. The city's municipality said the festival displayed 12 significant plays that had messages important to the society. The plays were acted by school teams from primary and secondary schools.

Volunteers from the Security and Criminal Investigation Department in Sirte launched a campaign to clean the garbage and war remnants as well as the burnt vehicles and the waste containers in the city's streets, adding that security buildings will resume work once the cleaning campaign finishes next week.

French ambassador to Libya Brigitte Curmi arrived to Tobruk with the Deputy Head of the UNSMIL, Ali Al-Zaatari, to meet the Speaker of the HoR, Aqolah Saleh. The delegation will discuss the latest on the political scene with Salh and HoR members.

Armed groups stopped Tuesday the oil production process at Al-Sharara and Al-Wafaa oilfields, leading to losing 252 barrels per day. Sources added that Al-Sharara oilfield that produces 220 bpd have been shut since Monday, while Al-Wafaa oilfield stopped oil output on Sunday.

Anadolu News Agency reported an elder from Tuareg as saying that a delegation from Tuareg, Tubu, and Awlad Sulaiman tribes arrived in Rome on Sunday to discuss anti-terrorism, anti-illegal-immigration, and border protection issues. The tribes stressed the need to protect Libya's borders, the source added.

The visit of the delegation to Rome coincides with the leaks that said the EU is discussing the possibility of sending EU police to southern Libya to fight the growth of illegal immigration.
