The National Oil Corporation said Libya's oil production has increased reaching 885.000 barrels per day after settling the dispute with the German firm, Wintershall. The dispute caused the oil production to plummet by 160.000 bpd over the last period.

Sidra oil airport revived the first two civilian flights on Monday as part of state oil firm's airlines. The flights came from Mitiga airport in Tripoli and from Amal oilfield. Such flights have been suspended for months due to military escalation in the region.

Benghazi Defense Brigades (BDB) denounced involving its name in political and military conflicts in western Libya, saying they are away from any acts across Libya and are only focusing on Benghazi. According to Yasir Al-Jabali, a senior commander at the BDB, they are only after toppling the military coup of Khalifa Haftar in east Libya and returning IDPs to Benghazi, as well as breaking the siege in some eastern cities and districts. Some parties accused BDB of positioning in Sabratha city as a takeoff for its operations.

Interior Minister at the UN-proposed government ordered all personnel to be on high alert and secure all vital locations as the celebration of Eid is nearing. Aref Al-Khouja also ordered all of the ministry's departments to give all the necessary services for citizens at this period of time.

International Committee of the Red Cross sent humanitarian aids to Sirte for the residents of third residential area to be distributed to 1870 families in cooperation with Sirte crisis committee, and military committee of Al-Bunyan Al-Marsoos, which is tasked to monitoring the return of Sirte IDPs.

Tripoli health care centers started giving vaccines and doing medical checks for this year's hajjis from the capital. The campaign will go for 10 days and will target 1500 hajjis in Tripoli.

National Commission for Human Rights in Libya welcomed the reconciliation agreement between Tawergha and Misrata that was endorsed in Tripoli on Monday, saying it is a positive step in bringing Libyans together and spreading peace and tolerance in the country, wishing that all IDPs across Libya make a fast and safe return to their cities.

A number of engineers from the German company Siemens arrived in Ubari to start test-operating the city's gas power station. A source from the city said the station is ready by 98%, adding that connecting the station to the general electricity network will take place next August and then it will start operating.
