Angry protesters from the Amazigh town of Nalut in western Libya shut down a gas pipeline for Mellitah Oil & Gas on Sunday demanding payment of financial dues.

Gunmen kidnapped the head of the elders council in Essidra municipality, Abdelsalam Al-Maghrabi, as he was going home to Ras Lanuf from Ajdabiya. The oil crescent region is undergoing several abduction cases that reached 121, most of whom are from Al-Maghariba tribe. The families said they hold Dignity Operation forces accountable for the disappearance of the kidnapped.

The Head of the UN-proposed government's Presidential Council, Fayez Al-Sirraj, arrived in Qatar on Saturday as part of a formal visit announced by the PC media office last week. The visit will later include flights to Rome, and Amman. Al-Sirraj's visit to Doha comes days after the visit of Abdelrahman Al-Sweihli, the Head of the High Council of State, to Qatar as well as days before the Arab Summit that will be held in Jordan and Al-Sirraj will be there to represent Libya.

Dignity Operation warplanes carried out airstrikes on Benghazi Shura Council locations in Sooq Al-Hooth and Al-Sabri in Benghazi, in what looked like a preparation for an advance on the fighters of the council in their last holdouts in the city.

Sabratha municipality allocated a plot (2.5 hectares) for a new project for the disabled. The project includes schools for different disabilities. The project was put into effect after the approval was obtained from Social Solidarity Fund, which put the project in its annual plan and gave permission for contracting.

The head of the department at Misrata Customs, Fathi Makhlof, they burned 140 million Tramadol tablets and 1 million Viagra tablets, which were onboard two containers.

Third Force's commander, Jamal Al-Treki, said their forces are still in control of Tamnahent Airbase, denying the media and social media news that said Ben Nayel forces captured it. He added that they call for calm and stability in the south and urge all for using the language of reason and not arms.
