Prime Minister of UN-proposed government Fayez El-Sarraj held talks in New York on Friday with Jens Stoltenberg, the Secretary General of NATO on the political and security issues in Libya. Both sides discussed the war on ISIS and the help that NATO can provide to Libya in both security and defense sectors. They also agreed to enhance their communication through a joint committee and to hold further meetings in the near future between NATO experts and Libya defense and interior ministers.
