Former head of Foreign Media Department Jamal Zubia and 4 other activists have been abducted after taking part in Friday protests in Tripoli.
The Children of Peace Festival was kicked off today in the city of Zliten in coordination with the Cinema, Theater and Arts Association in Libya. The festival will last for three days and will see many activities done by the participating children.

On Thursday, the federalist activist, Ali al-Asballi, was released after 4 months of abduction. Al-Asballi told Ajwa Net that he was abducted and jailed in a clandestine prison of Dignity Operation inside the notorious Grenadah Prison. He added that he was freed after tribal pressure and a mediation by Al-Marij elders and al-Arfah Tribe, confirming that he was abducted because he denounced the kidnap cases in the city and criticized some figures.

The field hospital in Sirte said the death toll of Friday clashes between Al-Bunyan Al-Maroos forces and IS militants reached 12, while the number of injuries exceeded 60 ranging between medium and serious. The field hospital added on its Facebook page that the injuries were sent to Misrata Central Hospital.

Sabha Municipality decided to slam the gasoline stations which do not abide by the outlined work times in the city with LYD2,000 fine. The municipality warned that any gasoline station that does not abide by the laws will be shut for two weeks, aiming at limiting the fuel crisis in the city.
