Al-Bayda Appeals Court annulled Monday the decision of the Elections Commission to endorse the election of Ali Al-Tarhouni as a member of the Constitution Drafting Assembly (CDA). Legal experts say the verdict might bring up troubles for the dual citizenship holders, who are now occupying political, executive and legislative authorities’ posts as it is based on the citizenship law 24 of 2014, which obliges the loss of Libyan citizenship for all those who obtained another by choice.

Libyan Ground Handling Company employees at Tobruk and Labreg airports said their partial strike will go on until December 01, two hours a day and then they will gradually escalate until they conduct a full stoppage of work if their demands were not answered.

He added that upon discussions with officials and the sick inmates, he saw that they were receiving treatment only via humanitarian favors done by prison guards and employees, or when their relatives and families paid for it.

The Head of the media office at the Ministry of Education said study was not suspended Sunday nor Monday despite calls for strike in the capital. He said he personally monitored the ongoing studying process in schools, adding that a small number of schools suspended study Sunday and the ministry will take legal measures to deter those schools from breaking the law.

Libyan notables and elders from across Libya reached Monday morning a preliminary reconciliation agreement between Sabha’s Awlad Sulaiman and Gadadfa tribes. The two must cease their fire, suspend criminal lawsuits till the judiciary delivers an irrevocable sentence in that regard, and withdraw the armed men and vehicles from the city streets so that people can return to their everyday routines, the agreement says, adding that they should let the Sabha security personnel handle the city.

Rogue Gen, Khalifa Haftar arrived in Moscow on a formal visit, according to Sputnik, which added that Haftar will meet with the Russian Defense Minister, Sergei Shoigu, and the Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov as well as the National Security Council. This is Haftar’s second visit this year in a bid to enlist political and military support for his militias in their war on Benghazi, which has been on for over 30 months.

Civil societies in Al-Kufra city rejected the preparatory meeting on the city’s conflict that was held in Jalu, saying the conflict is not between two tribes but between all the city’s tribes and Chadian and Sudanese (Justice and Equality) gangs. They added that describing the conflict in Al-Kufra as tribal is aimed to mislead the public opinion regarding the truth in Al-Kufra.
