The National Commission for Human Rights in Libya (NCHRL) denounced the Tunisian hostile policies adopted by certain officials toward Libya under the pretext of terrorism, which they say is coming from Libya.

The Chief of the Citizenship and Passports Authority at the UN-proposed government's Interior Ministry in Tripoli banned, in a statement issued Sunday, five countries' nationals from obtaining entry visa upon their arrival to Libya via Mitiga Airport in Tripoli.

HoR members, Saleh Hamma, criticized the statement of the national defense committee that denounced the visit of the Algerian Minister of Maghreb and African Affairs, Abdelkader Messahel, to Ghat and Ghadames, saying it only represents the Head of the committee. He also confirmed that Messahel was permitted by the Presidential Council for the visit.

The Algerian Minister of Maghreb and African Affairs, Abdelkader Messahel, denied intervening in the Libyan domestic affairs, adding that his meeting in southern Libya was part of the preparation for Libya Neighboring Countries Meeting that will see 11 countries taking part in it. He added that he stressed that Libya's crisis can only be solved by the Libyan Political Agreement, which he said needs some amendments.

Derna Shura Council-run Besher Prison releases 27 Dignity Operation detainees, according to sources from the city, adding that the release was done as a gesture for the coming of Ramadan. They added that the detainees were accused of spying on Derna Shura Council locations for Dignity Operation air force.

Huge explosion rocked Mezarda in southwestern Tripoli last night and the residents confirmed that they saw clouds of fumes coming up the sky, saying it could be a blast in one of the old weapons depots since some people are usually searching for scraps to sell them. No details about damages and casualties.

Tripoli Appeals Court adjourned the trial of Abdullah Mansour to 35 days later until the defense details of the defendant is fully provided. Mansour was accused of cracking down 17 February protests, bringing mercenaries to fight Libyans and being elbow-deep in illegal immigration and human trafficking.

An educational seminar took place at the accountancy and economics faculty in Murzeq city on Sunday under the slogan "Medium and Small Projects" The seminar discussed a number of projects proposed by college professors and businesspersons in a seminar that aims at raising the student's awareness about those kinds of projects.
