Protesters closed again the oil pipeline of Sharara oilfield that feeds Al-Zawiya oil refinery, which added on its Facebook page that this would obstruct 200 thousand oil bpd from flowing to the refinery. No reports were given about the demands that had been made by the protesters. The same pipeline was shut lately in March and reopened in the beginning of April.

Tejwal Mobile Bookstore said a group of books were confiscated in eastern Ajdabiya checkpoint by security forces, announcing suspension of work until this absurd behavior towards books is finished. It added that there must be a list of banned books in Libya issued by the Publishing Houses' Control Authority. It also condemned this act saying it might lead to the cessation of importing books into Libya by all bookstores as they are followed around by security forces and accused of promoting immoral issues and atheism to stain their reputations.

A total shutdown of water wells has taken place in Al-Hasawna area due to unstable power after a sand storm hit southern Libya on Sunday, said Man-Made River's administration. Water supplies that are fed from those areas have been cut since last night including in Tripoli. Reopening of those wells will take place as soon as the electric power is stable, saying some pumps in the eastern water field have started to be reopened.

Fuel and gas crisis committee said Libyan authorities continue to ban exporting Libyan goods and fuel via Ras Ajdair border with Tunisia, which was reopened last night. It also warned Libyans who wish to travel via the border to be careful as some residents from Jamila and Ben Guerdane in Tunisia are keen on protesting and shutting down the roads in protest of the ban on fuel smuggling via the border crossing.
