A new body has been recovered from a mass grave found in the vicinity of Tarhouna city, the Director of the Information Office of the Public Authority for Search and Identification of Missing Persons, Abdulaziz Al-Jaafari, confirmed on Wednesday.
"The searching teams have unearthed one body so far but search operations are on for other victims that may be buried in this cemetery," Al-Jaafari said in a press statement.
On August 25, the specialized teams recovered an unidentified body, found with his hands tied up, and dumped in a water well in the Sidi Essid area of Tarhouna.
