The National Commission for Human Rights in Libya (NCHRL) was dismayed at the HoR's decision to disapprove the Libyan Political Agreement.
The LNCHR rejected the decision of the HoR as it slams two yeras of dialogue efforts and national reconciliation.
It added that the step could badly affect Libya's national unity.
