The Director of the National Center for Disease Control (NCDC), Haider Al-Sayeh, has given permission to start vaccinating age groups between 12 to 17 with the anti-Coronavirus “Sinopharm” vaccine.
The Director of the Vaccination Department at the NCDC, Abdulbaset Ismayo, confirmed the availability of the “Sinopharm” and the “AstraZenica" vaccines, stressing that all vaccination centers are continuing to receive citizens who want to get vaccinated.
“Shipments of the Chinese vaccine "Sinovac" and the American "Pfizer" will arrive soon” Ismayo added, noting that the number of vaccine recipients daily ranges between 10,000 to 20,000 citizens.
