National Safety Department confirms disposal of war remnants in Mizda town

The Explosive Unit of the National Safety Authority announced on Saturday the removal of 1,320 pieces of munitions and other explosive remnants of war, including, aerial bombs, rockets, artillery shells, and mortars, from Mizda town in the Nafusa Mountains west of Libya.

The remnants were dealt with and discarded, according to the Information Office of the Explosive Unit.
