The member of the House of Representatives (HoR) Abu Bakir Said stated that a few members of the HoR had arrogantly spoiled the session held to pass the referendum law of the Constitution, which Libyans have been waiting for.
"These are the same few members" who impeded the political agreement and disrupted the voting session to confer confidence to the Government of the Presidential Council and in the same way", Said explained through Facebook Tuesday.
The HoR, postponed the vote on the referendum law again for the fourth time, respectively, until after Eid al-Adha holidays.
