Chief of the Military Council of Misrata Ibrahim Bin Rajab said that they reject any initiative that includes warlord Khalifa Haftar as a party.
In a comment on the statements of the spokesman for the Dignity Operation, Ahmad al-Mismari, Bin Rajab said that the persons who attended the meetings in Cairo represent only themselves, pointing out that the meetings on the Libyan army outside the country are unacceptable.
He also clarified that a proposal was submitted to unite the army to several quarters, including the Presidential Council, but unfortunately, the initiative did not receive any attention.
