The head of the committee representing Misrata in the Tawergha-Misrata dialogue, Fathi Bushala, said Monday that the two committees are discussing for the second day in a row the terms of the charter to be adopted between the two cities.
In a press statement, Bushala said that members of Tawergha and Misrata committees will participate in continued meetings to examine the items that will be included in the final agreement between them, expecting to finish by Tuesday.
The two committees and the Municipal Council of Misrata have confirmed their intention earlier to facilitate the return of Tawergha IDPs residing in the area of Qararat Al-Katf before the coming month of Ramadan.
