Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil, Rifaat Al-Abbar, has met with the Deputy Director of the American-Libyan Chamber of Commerce and the General Manager of Al-Dinar Company for Businessmen and Investors Services, Ahmed Al-Ghazali.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to encourage investment and to succeed the international conference for oil investment to be held in Tripoli in the coming weeks.
For his part, Al-Abbar affirmed the Ministry’s support, welcome, and encouragement to invest in the oil field and the upcoming conference.
Al-Dinar Company for Businessmen and Investors Services is the local partner with Energy Capital & Power for the International Oil Investment Conference.
