The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that it will request the United Nations and the international community to investigate the criminal bombing committed by Hafter's forces, against the shelter in Tajoura suburb of Tripoli.

The ministry welcomed in a statement read by its spokesman, Mohammed Al-Qablawi at a press conference, the African Union' call for an independent investigation, as to ensure that those responsible for this crime will be held accountable.

It also called on the Security Council and the major powers to take responsibility towards the attacks that may amount to war crimes and even terrorism, in accordance with international laws and conventions, including the bombing of airports, according to the statement.
