Minister of Education, Othman Abdel Jalil has issued a decree to send 450 students to graduate studies abroad at the expense of the state.
The decree stipulates that the student subject to the decision must sign a contract with the Ministry of Education, under which they will be obliged to work in one of the educational institutions in Libya for a period equal to twice the duration of their studies abroad.
It also provides that the envoy should sign with the academic attaché of the host country, a legal contract under which they would confirm their return to Libya, after obtaining the qualification assigned to them, or terminate their scholarship and return the amounts they received in this regard.
