The Minister of Technical Education, Khalaf Al-Sifaw, has toured the institutions of technical education in the eastern region to see the problems and difficulties facing the work of the institutions affiliated with the Ministry.
The inspection tour included the Higher Institute of Science and Technology, Tobruk, where he was briefed on the institute's facilities, classrooms, and technical laboratories.
