Local Government Minister Milad Tahir discussed Sunday with deputy head of UNSMIL for Political Affairs Stephanie Williams the mechanism of cooperation and the mission's readiness to promote decentralization by developing methodologies for raising the capacity of municipalities, in order to lead a development process.
The two sides discussed improving service delivery for citizens in partnership with the United Nations through its programs launched at the international level, in addition to identifying and prioritising needs, according to the Local Ministry's Facebook.
