Minister of Education Othman Abdul Jalil stressed the need to encourage and support the postgraduate studies within the country and to limit the dispatch of postgraduate students only to some disciplines that cannot be provided in Libya.
This came during a dialogue session held Thursday at the Libyan Academy for Higher Studies in Janzour in the presence of Minister Abdul Jalil and President of the Academy, Mustafa Jurnazi, in addition to university presidents and interested parties in this regard.
The minister also stressed that decisions concerning the dispatch should be dealt with expeditiously, in addition, to start recording plans via e-mail to facilitate the registration procedures of theses in the National Commission System for Scientific Research.
