Minister of Education Othman Abdul Jalil discussed with the Director General of the Arab Financial Services Company Ibrahim Jassem on Friday the mechanism of activating the direct payment project through credit cards for Libyan students abroad.
Under-secretary of the Ministry of Education Adel Juma explained on the ministry's page that the meeting came to address the observations submitted by any state bodies on the project.
"The credit card payment project aims to serve students sent aboard in a practical and quick manner without charging students any fees," according to the Ministry of Education.
