The Minister of Culture, Mabrouka Toghi, has discussed with the President of Tripoli University, Khaled Aoun, prospects for joint cooperation and issues related to cultural affairs.
During a visit to the University of Tripoli, the Minister confirmed the ministry's full readiness to cooperate with the university in the cultural aspect to enrich scientific and knowledge content, in addition to implementing joint cultural activities.
