The Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development, Mabrouka Othman, visited on Monday the Libyan Embassy HQ in Egypt, as she was received by the Ambassador, Mohammed Abdelali Mesbah.
The visit came on the sidelines of her current visit to Egypt to attend the opening ceremony of the Cairo International Book Fair.
During the meeting, the Minister expressed her thanks for the good reception and stressed the importance of the role played by the diplomatic mission in serving Libyan interests.
"We meet today in order to exchange views, the conditions of the Libyan community residing in Egypt, especially cultural affairs, and to follow up on the Libyan participation program in the Cairo Book Fair, and the cultural programs between the two countries”, the Minister said.
