The Presidential Council head Fayez Al-Sarraj assigned in his capacity as the supreme commander of the Libyan army, the Military Prosecutor and the Ministry of Justice to prepare arrest warrants for all those involved in the attack on Tripoli.

A source from the PC said that officers, military personnel and civilians involved in the military operations will be listed before issuing arrest warrants against them, except for those who surrender themselves to the government's forces, confirming that Al-Sarraj had ordered the ministries of finance, interior and defence to suspend salaries of those who have joined Haftar's forces.
