The head of the Presidential Council, Mohammad Menfi, arrived Friday morning in Istanbul on an official visit to Turkey, to participate in the 3rd Turkey-Africa Partnership Summit, which will be hosted from 17-19 December.
On the sidelines of the summit, Menfi held discussions with the Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, reviewing the developments of the Libyan crisis, according to the Turkish Anadolu Agency.
