The newly elected Head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Menfi, discussed in a meeting with a number of Tobruk-based House of Representatives' (HoR) members holding a full-quorum session in the coming days, Menfi's media office said in a statement.

It added that Menfi discussed with the HoR members the necessary arrangements for voting on granting the interim government confidence once it would be presented by the newly elected Prime Minister, Abdul-Hamid Dbeibah, so it can start its work leading to December elections.

HoR members have been seen arriving in Sabratha city ahead of a parliament consultation session scheduled for February 15 ahead of a full-quorum session to elect new presidency and to carry out a vote of confidence for the new interim government.
