The Head of the Presidential Council (PC), Mohammed Menfi, confirmed the PC’s commitment to holding the presidential and parliamentary elections simultaneously on time, in order to ensure the stability of Libya, particularly following the success of the PC in fulfilling its promises of a ceasefire, the opening of the coastal road and the launching of the file of national reconciliation.
This came during his meeting on Sunday with the Ambassador of Malta to Libya, Charles Saliba, who conveyed the greetings of the President of Malta, George Villa, to the PC and all of the citizens of Libya.
Menfi indicated that the Libyan-Maltese relations are witnessing a remarkable development in all fields, with continuing work to strengthen them in the interest of both friendly peoples.
