Members of the Petroleum Facilities Guard have threatened to close three oil ports if their salaries were not increased like the rest of the employees of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), according to the decision issued by the corporation in particular.
In a statement, in front of the entrance to the Sidra oil port, members of the Port Protection Unit (Al-Sidra, Harouge and Ras Lanuf) of the Petroleum Facilities Guard demanded to adjust their salaries and implement the decision to increase the salaries of the employees of the NOC by 67%.
