The fourth meeting of the African High-level Committee on the Resolution of Conflict in Libya kicked off in the Congolese capital Brazzaville on Saturday.
The summit was attended by fifteen heads of state and a number of Libyan personalities including the President of the Presidential Council Faiz Al-Sarraj, the speaker of the House of the Representatives Aqilah Saleh and the head of the High Council of State AbdulRahman Suweihli in addition to the UN envoy to Libya Ghassan Salameh.
