The Vice President of the Presidential Council (PC), Ahmed Maiteeq, during a meeting with the Ambassador of South Korea to Libya on Monday, Lee Sang-soo, welcomed the forthcoming resumption of work by the Korean embassy in Tripoli.

The Information Department of the Government of National Acord (GNA) indicated that Maiteeq had stressed the importance of the return of Korean companies to resume their work in the fields of development and power generation and desalination of water.

The Korean ambassador praised the cooperation relations between both countries in various fields and the work to develop them, along with the desire of Korean companies to resume their work in Libya.
