Vice President of the Presidential Council (PC), Ahmed Maiteeq emphasized the keenness of the state of Kuwait on the security and stability of Libya, clarifying that it had promised to push towards stopping the aggression on Tripoli via the Security Council.
This came during a press conference held by Maiteeq after his meeting with Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber on Wednesday.
"The PC's delegation provided a clear picture to his Highness, Amir of Kuwait on the situation in Libya and the government's willingness to pull the country out of chaos through free and fair elections, in order to move to a new stage of construction and development and end fragmentation and division, Maiteeq said.
