Minister of Local Government, Milad Taher has discussed with the head of the UNHCR mission in Libya, Jean-Paul Cavalieri, prospects of cooperation in support of displacement response.
The discussions covered the UNHCR's work at the displaced and refugee level, according to the Local Ministry's website.
This came during a visit made by the UNHCR delegation to the ministry's HQ on Thursday; in coinciding with Cavalieri assumption of his new post, as UNHCR's chief of mission in Libya.
