Libya's Ambassador to the United Nations, Taher Al-Sunni, has expressed concern to the UN Secretary-General, António Guterres that the failure to mention the attacker has encouraged him to continue his offensive.

In his meeting with Guterres yesterday, Al-Sunni emphasized errors of the past should be avoided in the coming political road map. "Dialogue should be open to all Libyans without exclusion," he underscored.

He also called for an appropriate road map that fits in with Libyan interlocutors, rather than imposing specific initiatives against their will, to serve policies of particular countries.
