The National Oil Corporation (NOC) said that oil proceeds in February amounted to one billion and two hundred and sixty million dollars, with a reduction of more than three hundred and thirty million dollars compared to January.

In a statement on Wednesday, the company attributed the low returns to the climatic conditions that affected exports from the Waha field, as well as the recent closure of Sharara field, which led the NOC to declare the status of force majeure from December last year until the end of February last.
