The Libyan Minister of Economy, Mohammed Al-Huweij, has stressed the need to revise the 26 economic agreements with Turkey, adding in a meeting for the Libyan-Turkish Economic Forum, that those agreements should be updated and activated.

Al-Huweij urged Turkish investors to assist Libya in making investments at the Tripoli Exhibitions City and to develop the free zone from Zuwara to Ras Ajdair as well from Al-Marisa to Benghazi.

The Libyan-Turkish Economic Forum was held in the presence of Prime Minister Abdul-Hamid Dbeibah, and a number of ministers of the Government of National Unity, in addition to several Turkish businesspersons from different sectors, especially construction, energy and health.
