Libya has been ranked 171 in latest corruption perceptions data by Transparency International for the year 2017 out of 180 countries.

Libya was awarded 17 points out of an available 100, with a total equal to Afghanistan, Equatorial Guinea, Guinea-Bissau and North Korea.

The index gives an annual overview of the extent of corruption based on democracy patterns and statistics released by Reporters Without Borders.
