The Libyan Health Ministry has signed an agreement with the Turkish Health Ministry to manage the Misrata Physiotherapy Center that was built by Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) in the city.
According to the agreement that was signed at the TIKA headquarters, the Turkish Health Ministry would provide technical support, training and medics to the Libyan Health Ministry to operate the center.
