A patrol boat of the Libyan Navy managed to rescue 391 illegal immigrants aboard four rubber boats off the northeastern coast of Tripoli, during the past three days.

The rescued immigrants included Arab and African nationals, Libyan Coast Guard explained Thursday.

The migrants were taken to the reception point in Al-Khoms city, where they were provided with humanitarian and medical assistance, before being transferred to illegal immigration shelters in the cities of Al-Khoms and Zliten.
