A delegation of MPs from Tripoli-based House of Representatives discussed on Monday with their counterparts from the Turkish National Assembly in Ankara, enhancing strategic relations between the two countries.

The Libyan delegation discussed during the meeting, attended by the Turkish President's envoy to Libya Emrullah Isler issues of mutual concern, expressing appreciation for the Turkish position in support of the Government of National Accord (GNA).

Libyan MP Ali Abuzaakuk confirmed that the MPs' official visit to the Turkish capital Ankara will last for several days and will focus on issues of mutual interest.
