The Libyan Iron and Steel Company signed on Wednesday a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Turkish BLC Company, which is specialized in providing services related to architecture, engineering, environmental, and land surveying.

The MoU stipulated cooperation between the two companies in the fields of developing the company’s iron factory and providing spare parts for the bars factories.
